- The owner and Administrator (hereafter "Administrator") of the website www.h4h.com.pl (hereafter "the Site") is H4H Recruitment Maria Kasperkiewicz, located in Warsaw at ul. B. Limanowskiego 6/17 (hereafter "Administrator").
- The content, information, and other services presented on this site are intended exclusively for persons located in Poland.
- The Administrator provides its services based on these Terms and Conditions, and accessing this site and using the content on it constitutes acceptance of these legal terms. Users who do not agree to adhere to the provisions of these legal terms are requested to leave this website.
- The Terms and Conditions are binding for the visitor to the Site without the need to enter into a separate agreement.

- Access to the services of the Site is free, in particular, no fees are charged for account registration.
- The Administrator reserves the right to introduce fees for any services provided within the Site and simultaneously commits to informing about such changes and obtaining explicit acceptance from the Site visitor for the introduction of these fees.
§4 Technical Conditions
- The technical requirements necessary for using the Site are as follows:
- A computer with Internet access;

- Having an email account – for some services requiring an address.
- The Administrator reserves the right to temporarily suspend the provision of services in connection with the modernization or reconstruction of the Site or with maintenance works of the information system, based on which the Site operates.
- The Administrator is not responsible for interruptions in the provision of services due to reasons beyond his control.
§5 Complaints and Liability
- The Administrator will make every effort to ensure the proper functioning of the Site and will assist in solving problems related to its operation.
- All complaints related to the functioning of the Site should be:
- Written and contain: first name, last name, email address, correspondence address of the Participant, and justification for the complaint;
- Sent by registered letter to the Administrator's address.
- Complaints will be considered by the Administrator within 30 calendar days from the date of their receipt.
- The Administrator is not liable, in particular under the terms provided in Chapter 3 of the Act of July 18, 2002, on the provision of electronic services, for the content of information and opinions conveyed by visitors to the Site.
- All materials and information posted on the Site are not covered by the Administrator's warranty as to their value, suitability, completeness, or usefulness.
§6 Disclosure of Information
The user of this website, providing information, mainly personal data, and the content of the transmitted message, is equivalent to expressing consent for their use concerning the specific needs of the Data Administrator, which are specified at the place of collecting the indicated information and privacy policy.
§7 Personal Data
- The Administrator collects the following data from Users using certain services provided on this website (e.g., contact form, application form):
- First and Last Name / Entity Name
- Telephone number / email address
- Users using services provided on the website are always asked to familiarize themselves with the purpose of data collection and the privacy policy posted under the Privacy Policy link. - In matters not regulated by the Terms and Conditions, Polish law applies, in particular, the provisions of the Act of July 18, 2002, on the provision of electronic services and the Civil Code of April 23, 1964.
- The court competent to resolve disputes arising from the provision of Services is the court appropriate for the user's headquarters.
- The Administrator reserves the right to unilaterally change the Terms and Conditions after prior notification of the Site visitors about such change.
- The Terms and Conditions are available on the Site and in paper version at the Administrator's headquarters.
- This legal information and the use of this website by visitors are subject to Polish law.
