What services does Human4Human Recruitment provide?
Human4Human is a recruitment agency focusing on sourcing candidates for positions sought by employers. We conduct recruitment processes throughout Poland and the European Union, with a particular emphasis on English- and German-speaking countries, as each of our consultants speaks fluent English, and some also speak German. We conduct job position briefings, create realistic job descriptions, write responsive recruitment advertisements, and plan effective candidate acquisition strategies. All this is included in one recruitment fee.
What is the cost of acquiring a candidate?
The cost of the service depends on many factors, hence it is usually determined individually. The estimate takes into account the level of the position, location, employer's expectations, required foreign languages, the length of the warranty period, the number of employees involved in one search process, etc.
How long does it take to find a candidate?
We present the first candidate within 5-10 business days of accepting the assignment. We are obligated to present at least 3 candidates, but we search until successful. Depending on various factors (level of the position, requirements, location, and even time of year – holidays or year-end do not favor job changes), the search process lasts from 4 to 10 weeks. Though some processes are completed within a week.
What does the Guarantee mean?
In rare cases, it happens that the candidate selected by our partner is unable to take up employment or the results of their work are unsatisfactory to the employer. In such cases, H4H undertakes to restart the search at no additional cost. With 100% effectiveness.
How long does the Guarantee last for the employed candidate?
The standard recruitment service includes a 3-month guarantee period, which can be extended to 6 or 12 months, but extending the guarantee results in a higher service cost.
Is it always possible to find the perfect candidate?
Honestly, not always the perfect one, but certainly a candidate suitable for performing the assigned tasks – yes. This is due to the fact that we often work with companies that have difficulty defining their expectations at the start of the process. This means we are often forced to comb through the entire forest to prove that we won’t find a "purple squirrel," but this redhead will do quite well in the position.
Does the candidate incur fees for the recruitment process?
Participation in recruitment processes conducted by Human4Human Recruitment is completely free of charge for candidates, and no fees are collected from them. H4H provides paid services solely for its clients, i.e., the companies on whose behalf it conducts recruitment processes.
Where can I find current job offers?
All current vacancies with our partners are listed under the tab: https://h4h.com.pl/oferty-pracy. Advertisements are updated daily, including salary range, location, tasks, requirements, and benefits offered by the employer. Due to the nature of the contract, we cannot disclose the name of the employer, but we gladly do so during the first conversation with the candidate. So, if you have questions, feel free to call or write to the consultant handling the process. Contact information can be found at the end of each advertisement.
Can Human4Human find a job for me (the Candidate)?
We are not career advisors and do not search for jobs on behalf of candidates. We work on behalf of employers looking for specific types of candidates.
