Maria Kasperkiewicz - Founder of the Recruitment Agency Human4Human Recruitment
Maria began her career as a recruiter at the largest network recruitment agencies Work Service and Randstad, managing projects for the industrial and construction sectors.
During her studies at UAM (career and personal counselling), she was entrusted with the challenge of recruiting and training a group of internal auditors for projects related to infrastructure work before Euro 2012. Thanks to her engagement and ability to manage dispersed teams, just a year later she headed the HR department in the Austrian subsidiary of the Reiffeisen Group. She was responsible for the entire personnel policy in Poland and, as the youngest manager in the history of the group, she represented the interests of the foreign management in Poland.
The subsequent years spent in boutique agencies brought her extensive knowledge of labour law, personal data protection, and managing the recruitment process in a way that combines business effectiveness with regulatory requirements.
Maria is a proponent of the idea of a responsible company 4.0, which considers generating profit as equally important as caring for its surroundings – the community, culture, ethics, and environment.
According to the 16 personalities test (developed by NERIS Type Explorer®), she belongs to the PROTAGONIST type - authentic, caring people who keep their word and set an example for others, nothing makes them as happy as leadership, uniting, and motivating the team with their infectious enthusiasm.
Albert Wełk - IT & Engineering Recruitment
Albert Wełk completed interdisciplinary studies in Biotechnology at UAM in Poznań to combine knowledge on a micro scale from biochemistry and technology with macro factors: economics and mathematics. All this in order to better understand human functioning. For several years, he has been combining unique analytical skills with a focus on human needs in professional personal consulting.
Albert Wełk is responsible at Human4Human Recruitment for actively searching for Candidates through direct search methods and implementing new sourcing techniques. As a qualified representative of the technical industry, he works closely with our production partners, successfully connecting them with the best-selected Candidates.
Thanks to his passion for details, he can supervise every element of the recruitment process, designing it with laboratory precision. His attention misses no detail in a Candidate's experience. Moreover, his knowledge of modern research techniques proves extremely useful in effectively searching for Candidates and understanding their competencies.
When he is not busy selecting Candidates, Albert likes to read sci-fi books, play chess, and analyze charts of his favorite stock companies. As a podcast enthusiast and business aficionado, he learns from the best every day.
Alan Dmochowski - Sales & Accounting Recruitment
Alan Dmochowski – graduated with a degree in International Economic Relations with a specialization in International Logistics from the University of Economics in Wrocław and also studied German Philology at the University of Wrocław. This combination allows him to broadly perceive business and political relationships with key neighbors to the west of Poland. He is currently studying Enterprise Development Management – Owner's Perspective at ALK in Warsaw. This scope allows for a better understanding of our Clients and their needs related to expectations from Candidates and recruitment processes.
Alan is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with Candidates at every stage of the process, and collaborating with Human4Human partners in terms of Candidates' competency profiles. His acquired knowledge enables him to effectively support recruitment processes for financial, marketing, or administrative positions. His strategic goal is to introduce Human4Human Recruitment to German-speaking markets.
For years, he has been fascinated by the human mind. The psyche is an inexhaustible treasury of knowledge about the way of thinking and acting. He has a "human" approach to Candidates, building a friendly and warm atmosphere during recruitment processes, thus fulfilling one of the main missions of the company: Human for human. His openness and understanding allow him to accurately assess Candidates' expectations from the sought workplace.
His greatest hobby is classical music, specifically its execution with the piano. In his free time, he also enjoys playing chess, and he is not averse to heavy dramas and psychological thrillers, through which he can delve into the minds of the characters.
