We are currently seeking a highly skilled Problem Resolution Manager to join our team. As a Problem Resolution Manager, you will play a vital role in identifying and resolving issues that arise within our projects. You will serve as the primary interface to stakeholders and internal project members, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of problems. Problem Resolution Manager

• Take ownership of all problem tickets reported by stakeholders and internal teams,

• Act as the single point of contact for stakeholders and internal teams regarding problem tickets,

• Prioritize and plan problems registered by Problem Coordinators,

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and project members, providing timely updates on problem resolutions,

• Monitor the progress of problem and known error resolutions and take necessary actions,

• Review new problem tickets and discuss them with stakeholders and internal teams,

• Generate and publish statistics related to problem management,

• Follow up on ticket progress with responsible team members,

• Drive internal ticket updates and ensure proper closure for each software release in compliance with the process,

• Update, track, and close all tickets linked to delivered releases,

• Ensure correct analyses and counter measurements are filled,

• Report and discuss overdue tickets in project meetings.

• Master's or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a similar field,

• Minimum of 6 years of experience working with requirements development and management,

• Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of German and/or French would be an advantage,

• Experience in the automotive industry,

• Proficiency in using Polarion and Jira is a must,

• Experience working within an ASPICE-based process environment,

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, particularly when interacting with internal and external stakeholders,

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
