For our partner, a Czech company delivering revolutionary agricultural solutions in the field of aquaponics, hydroponics, and RAS (Recirculating Aquaculture Systems) in Poland, we are currently seeking a candidate who will be responsible for expanding sales among Polish entrepreneurs, landowners, farmers, and all those interested in the future of agricultural solutions in the Southern Poland region in the position of:
(East Poland)
You will be responsible for:
Selling company solutions in aquaponics, hydroponics, and RAS tailored to the needs of each customer,
Building and maintaining relationships with customers in the East region (v. podlaskie, mazowieckie, łódzkie, lubelskie) through regular and frequent meetings, as well as video and teleconferences,
Achieving sales goals and indicators according to the sales plan,
Identifying new customers,
Conducting presentations,
Preparing offers,
Negotiating contracts,
Participating in industry fairs and events,
Participating in project coordination,
Regular reporting in CRM and via phone,
Contacting suppliers to clarify technical information.
We require:
Minimum of 3 years of professional sales experience,
Self-confidence, relationship-building skills, determination, and strong sales skills,
Experience in the agricultural, biotechnological, or technical industries is a plus but not a mandatory requirement (sales skills are more important),
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus,
Being a business owner or willing to establish one,
Relationship-building skills,
Quick learning ability,
Listening skills and high empathy,
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
Good command of the English language, especially in understanding technical descriptions.
