With great pride and satisfaction, we would like to share our experiences from the recent event in which we had the pleasure to participate – the 12th Annual CEE Business Services Summit & Awards. Our presence at this prestigious event was made possible by an invitation from one of our esteemed partners, which was a tremendous honour for us.

The conference brought together 277 top executives from 103 business services centres across Central and Eastern Europe, which in itself speaks volumes about its scale and significance. During the two-day summit, we had the opportunity to participate in numerous panel discussions and presentations where industry experts and leaders shared their knowledge on topics most relevant to the BSC sector. It was an opportunity to delve into many key issues, including those related to diversity, equality, as well as the adaptability of management systems in the face of dynamic market changes.
Particularly valuable were the individual conversations with representatives of the BGS sector in the Central and Eastern Europe region, during which we had the opportunity to directly exchange experiences and visions regarding the future of recruitment and talent management. These discussions reinforced our belief in the significant value of our people-oriented recruitment philosophy, which was very well received among conference participants.
We also observed with great pride how companies and cities were recognized for their exceptional achievements in 33 award categories in a close competition. We would like to extend our special congratulations to Danone and Mercer for their efforts in building a culture of engagement, which were recognized as outstanding within the entire industry. Their example demonstrates the significant importance of a responsible and engaged approach to human resource management and building a positive and supportive organizational culture.
This event was not only an opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and experiences but also to promote our values and approach to recruitment, which always prioritize people. We are convinced that our headhunting agency's participation in the 12th Annual CEE Business Services Summit & Awards will significantly contribute to strengthening our position as a leader in promoting humanistic values in recruitment.
Finally, we would like to express our gratitude to all organizers, partners, and participants for creating such an inspiring platform for the exchange of experiences and ideas.
