(Junior) Industrial Engineer

• Designing and implementing technological processes in the automotive industry,

• Preparing and verifying work plans and technical documentation,

• Resolving technical drawing discrepancies and system errors in production,

• Measuring work times to improve process efficiency,

• Creating detailed work instructions and procedures,

• Testing and implementing innovative technical solutions in mechanics,

• Diagnosing and solving mechanical problems in the production process,

• Providing technical support during the implementation of new solutions,

• Optimizing production processes to enhance efficiency and performance,

• Preparing analyses, reports, and calculations for other departments.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing (preferably in the automotive industry),

• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and product specifications,

• Good command of English (B1 level or higher),

• Bachelor’s degree in production processes or related fields (e.g., mechanics, electrics, electronics),

• Independence, initiative, and a focus on optimizing production processes.
