If you have the experience in engineering, operations and information technology skills, we have a perfect job opportunity for you! You will be responsible for developing and deploying state of the art Smart Manufacturing systems in line with Industry 4.0 philosophy for an automotive production company. You will work together with equipment and manufacturing cell/line designers inside and outside the customer organization and interfacing with industry experts to expand expertise and experience in key emerging technology areas. Smart Manufacturing Engineer

• Smoothly and efficiently deals with unexpected problems and changes,

• To transfer verbal/written messages in an adequate way to whom it is addressed across various levels of the organization,

• Planning, product, offer, etc. in order to accommodate the (internal) customer,

• Assist the team in reaching their maximum potential by giving feedback, coaching, development and training,

• To transfer brilliant innovative ideas into working solutions, taking into account the full range of possibilities and difficulties,

• To signalize problems and formulates proposals in order to improve or solve existing situations,

• To develop plans and successfully implement solutions,

• Sets ambitious goals and gets the maximum out of results (not satisfied with average results),

• Shares all useful or important information with others. Integrates ideas of others in the own proposals.

• Master of Electromechanical Engineering Technology Engineering,

• Project management experience is required,

• Actively involved in smart manufacturing implementation projects,

• Minimum of 5 years manufacturing engineering work experience preferably in automotive sector,

• Spoken & written English is mandatory (C1),

• Expert in Industrial Networking,

• Knowledge on process modelling & simulation,

• Working knowledge of cloud based architectures and big data (collection, storage, curation, analysis and scale to manufacturing needs),

• Knowledgeable in SCADA solutions,

• Knowledgeable in MES Solutions,

• Working knowledge of PLCs.
