For our partner, a leading company in the healthcare and baby care industry, we are seeking an experienced and ambitious Area Sales Manager to drive business growth in or the Middle East and Africa region. MEA Area Sales Manager

 

 

 

 

Your responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the region,

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors,

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction,

  • Coordinate the launch of new products in the market, ensuring optimal positioning and entry strategies,

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies to meet objectives,

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create region-specific promotional campaigns,

  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility.

 

We require:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field,

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales management role, with a strong focus on the Middle East and/or Africa  region,

  • Background in the pharmaceutical business or medical technology, along with verifiable network within the specified areas,

  • Proficiency in English since you’ll be exposed to international cooperation,

  • In-depth knowledge of market dynamics, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape in the assigned region,

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and handle high-value clients and complex negotiations,

  • High level of self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to work independently, with flexibility to travel extensively within the region,

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to make informed decisions,

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders,

  • Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to work effectively in diverse cultural environments and contexts.
