Welcome to our job offer for a Requirements Manager (RQM)! As a Requirements Manager, you will play a critical role in engineering core team on a project, responsible for the management and coordination of all requirements for our Partner’s services. The engineer is the primary interface to the project stakeholders and internal feature owners, responsible for driving the derivation, decomposition, dissemination and review of requirements from a customer to a component level. Requirements Manager

• Defining and improving requirement management strategy and work instructions in the project,

• Ensuring accuracy of, and configuration manage all stakeholder requirements,

• Managing the requirements structure in the requirements management tool,

• Defining the reuse concept for the platform requirement,

• Managing the customer compliance matrix,

• Working with the development leads to define release based content schedule,

• Communicating and disseminate requirements to function and feature owners,

• Tracking requirements progress metrics to ensure progress to the project timeline,

• Ensuring traceability and consistency of requirements,

• Ensuring the requirements management process is followed,

• Defining requirements review criteria and ensure requirements review process is followed,

• Working closely with system, software architects, functional safety and test engineers to ensure downstream user feedback,

• Freezing and releasing the requirement baselines for each system release,

• Ensuring quality consistency of requirements across projects.

• Masters or Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or similar,

• 7+ years of experience working with requirements development and management,

• Experience in automotive industry,

• Good knowledge of requirements and systems engineering principles and guidelines (eg IREB, INCOSE),

• Proficiency in using Polarion and Jira is a must,

• Experience of working within an ASPICE based process environment,

• Organized and structured work-style and attention to detail,

• Fluency in English is required,

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills (especially with internal and external stakeholders); work effectively as a team member,

• German and/or French would be an advantage.
