Based on Article 13, paragraphs 1 and 2, of the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR), we inform you that:
The Data Controller (ADO), the entity that decides on the purposes and methods of processing your personal data, is H4H Recruitment Maria Kasperkiewicz, located at ul. B. The purpose of processing your personal data is:
to conduct the current recruitment procedure, and in case of consent, also in subsequent recruitments based on the expressed consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR);
Your personal data will be processed solely on the basis of previously granted consent, within the scope and for the purpose specified in the content of the consent (according to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Categories of your data that we will process include:
Basic identification data,
Identification data assigned by authorities,
Electronic identification data,
Immigrant status,
Permission levels,
Training for the position.
The processing of personal data is primarily based on the Labor Code of June 26, 1974, and other universally applicable legal provisions.
We require the provision of a specific scope of personal data, which is:
Voluntary, yet necessary to conclude and execute a contract.
Voluntary when the processing of personal data is based on the consent of the person concerned.
Necessary to perform tasks imposed on H4H Recruitment Maria Kasperkiewicz by applicable legal provisions or tasks carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of public authority. Failure to provide data in the scope required by universally applicable regulations will result in the inability to take actions to properly consider the matter.

Access your data and receive a copy
Rectify (correct) your data
Erase your data - if you believe there is no basis for us to process your data, you may request their deletion.
Restrict processing - You may request that we limit the processing of your personal data only to storing them or performing agreed actions if you believe we have incorrect data about you or we processed them unjustifiably; or you do not want us to delete them because they are needed to establish, pursue, or defend legal claims; or pending the resolution of your objection to data processing.
Object to data processing:
"Marketing" objection. You have the right to object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes. If you exercise this right, we will cease processing data for this purpose.
Objection due to special circumstances. You also have the right to object to the processing of your data based on our legitimate interest for purposes other than direct marketing, and when processing is necessary for us to perform a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority entrusted to us. You should then specify your special circumstances, which, in your opinion, justify stopping us from processing data subject to the objection. We will cease processing your data for these purposes unless we demonstrate that the grounds for processing your data are overriding your rights or that your data is necessary for us to establish, pursue, or defend legal claims.
Data portability - You have the right to receive from us the personal data about you that you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. You may also instruct us to transmit these data directly to another entity.
Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority - If you believe that we process your data unlawfully, you can file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office or another competent supervisory authority.
Withdraw consent for the processing of personal data - You have the right to withdraw consent for the processing of those personal data which we process based on your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
If you believe that the processing of personal data by the Administrator is not in accordance with the applicable data protection laws, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority dealing with data protection, i.e., the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
Sharing personal data by the Administrator occurs based on previously concluded agreements on the processing of personal data (compliant with Art. 28 GDPR) and applicable legal provisions that may impose an obligation on the Administrator to disclose them. Your personal data may be shared with:
Authorized entities by law – upon documented request;
IT system providers with whom the Administrator cooperates – to maintain continuity and correctness of system operations;
Law firms, consultancy, and service firms;
Entities conducting postal or courier activities – to deliver correspondence.
Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the recruitment period, and in the case of individuals employed as a result, for the duration of their employment.
Your personal data processed based on expressed consent will be stored until its withdrawal. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of processing that took place based on consent before its withdrawal.
