We support rapidly-growing international automotive company interested in hiring an experienced QA Engineers in Poland (remote work is acceptable as long as your address is in PL). You will be responsible for ensuring that a product or service meets the desired quality standards by identifying bugs, defects, and other issues.  Please be ready to work closely with development teams to create and execute test plans, identify and report bugs, and ensure that products are meeting requirements customers (global Top10 car manufacturers). Quality Assurance Engineer

• Identifying the process needs of the project and tailor org. process based on the needs,

• Developing Project Process Plan (Quality compliance/facilitation plan),

• Planning process adherence checks (aligned to the project schedule),

• Facilitating the team for process compliance,

• Performing process adherence checks and track process deviations to closure,

• Participating in external assessments,

• Tracking audit / assessment findings to closure,

• Reporting process compliance to Management on a regular basis,

• Reviewing the performance of process objectives and support the project team in meeting the targets set for objectives,

• Identifying and document lessons learnt,

• Collecting process improvements from project and raise change requests/defects,

• Supporting PD in implementing the process improvements and reviews.

• Completed degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, Physics and Robotics, or a comparable course,

• Experience in ASPICE 3.1, and knowledge on ISO 26262:2018 and ISO21434:2020 or any other standards relevant to automotive,

• Any relevant experience in automotive,

• Good conversation skills, including moderation and presentation techniques,

• Assertiveness, customer orientation, technical understanding and team spirit,

• English Proficiency which enables one to communicate with an international team on daily basis.
