About the duration of data processing
Personal data are processed for the period determined in accordance with the purpose and legal basis of their processing, including:

in the case where the Data Controller processes personal data based on the legitimate interest of the data controller, the processing period lasts until the cessation of said interest (e.g., the period of limitation of civil claims) or until the person whose data are concerned objects to further such processing – in situations where such objection is legally permitted;

in cases where the Data Controller processes personal data because it is necessary due to applicable legal provisions, the periods of data processing for this purpose are defined by these provisions;

in case of the conclusion of the contract, for a period of up to 5 years from the date of termination/dissolution of the contract.

You have the right to:

request deletion (right to be forgotten) of your personal data from IT systems and from files. This right will be implemented by the Administrator if there is no legal obligation on the Administrator to retain, and thus process, data despite submitting the right to be forgotten. rectification of data (data update). We inform that updating data will not result in the deletion of data before the update, which is related to the obligation to maintain the consistency of data processed by the Administrator for a specific purpose. restrict processing, including the right to object to data processing citing a specific situation. We inform that the specified right will be implemented by the Administrator only if the performance of a specific action is not contrary to the applicable legal provisions, which oblige the Administrator to process data. transfer your data from IT systems to a designated entity and to file a complaint to the Supervisory Authority on the actions of the Data Controller in processing personal data.
