For our Partner - a Czech capital group executing projects in the field of revolutionary agricultural technologies in Poland - we are currently looking for a Candidate who will be responsible for sales and fundraising among financial institutions, financial advisors, investors, and all those interested in agricultural solutions for the future in the Northern, Western, Eastern region of Poland in the position of:
Acquiring investors, contacting brokerage houses, financial advisors, and investment funds.
Building and maintaining relationships with clients in the designated region through regular and frequent meetings, as well as video and teleconferences.
Achieving sales targets and indicators in accordance with the sales plan.
Prospecting for new clients.
Conducting presentations.
Preparing offers.
Negotiating contracts.
Participating in trade fairs and industry events.
Participating in project coordination.
Regular reporting in CRM and via telephone.
Contacting suppliers to clarify technical information.
Minimum of 3 years of professional sales experience.
Confidence, relationship-building skills, determination, and strong sales skills.
Experience in the agricultural, biotechnological, technical, pharmaceutical, or medical industries is a plus, but not a requirement (sales skills are more important).
Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
Experience in running a business or willingness to establish one.
Relationship-building skills.
Quick learning ability.
Listening skills and high empathy.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Good command of the English language at the level of understanding technical descriptions in English
