Network Site Lead

Oversee Network Routing & Switching

• Manage network LAN/WAN incidents and ensure SLAs are met,

• Implement network-related changes following the client process,

• Lead troubleshooting of business-impacting network outage issues and implement emergency changes if required,

• Standardize network routers and switches configurations following the engineering standard documents,

• Execute tech refresh and End of life products replacement projects.

LoadBalancer Management

• Implement the F5 Configuration for Production & Non-Production Environments,

• Create and schedule F5 changes and present the changes in daily review meetings,

• Troubleshoot and resolve F5 related Incidents,

• Support external tasks where other Tech teams require F5 support during major network changes.

Firewall Oversight

• Review firewall security requests and implement approved rules,

• Scrutinize network traffic, update virus scans, and troubleshoot and resolve security breaches and vulnerability issues,

• Manage large-scale firewall deployments.

General Management

• Develop and grow the team through recruitment, training, challenging assignments, and rewards/recognition on a consistent basis,

• Understand and continuously recommend improvements to Network Operations processes, documentation, and tools,

• Take responsibility for risk identification and mitigation,

• Provide clear and concise written and verbal communication with stakeholders,

• Guide resource management and operations coverage for 24x7 Network operations,

• Obtain and maintain up-to-date organizational and technical knowledge required to perform the role.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing Network and Network-security administration,

• Fluent English speaker,

• Exceptional skills in managing a team of 5-10 people,

• Extensive working knowledge of Network/Security Technologies,

• Experience in Incident, Request & Change Management,

• Comprehensive knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems, networking concepts, and infrastructure security,

• Network Core Technologies: Cisco Nexus Switches, ASR, Cisco ACI, Palo Alto Firewalls, F5 Load Balancer,

• Networking Tools: NetBrain, NetScout/LiveAction, Infoblox, ScienceLogic,

• Network Operations Management,

• Project Management,

• Capability to provide technical and hands-on leadership across multiple project areas.
