• Design the assembly process and auto machine for some key projects to meet production requirement,

• Complete key development process (such as DFM/quotation/PFMEA/CTF/CTP deployment/machine proposal) for some new projects,

• Cross function communication to solve product issue,

• Complete problem solving for some new product as an automation project team leader,

• Module Standardization development and optimization.

• University degree in Automation/ Machine Design (preferred in Mechanical Engineering),

• Proven professional experience in machine/ process development AND/OR in the field of auto equipment development AND/OR connector tooling/ process debugging experience,

• Fluency in English, both in oral and written,

• Familiar with 3D design software, such as Solid Work or ProE or NX etc. will be strong assets,

• Eligibility to work in Poland.
