Junior Constructor Mechanic

Junior Construtor Mechanic

• Collaborating with other departments, service teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve design challenges during the production process,

• Analyzing and developing construction solutions to meet project requirements,

• Preparing and updating construction documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards,

• Supporting sales and purchasing teams by providing technical expertise and design solutions.

• Higher technical education in mechanics or machine construction,

• Proficiency in German or English for daily communication (required), Polish is not mandatory,

• Strong computer skills, including knowledge of CAD 3D and CATIA V5,

• Previous experience in the automotive sector is an advantage,

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills,

• Analytical thinking and attention to detail,

• A customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering practical solutions.

• A salary aligned with your skills and experience: 7,000–9,000 PLN gross,
