Junior Analyst

(Woman in Energy Graduate Program)

As a Graduate Development Program Analyst, you will be an integral part of different teams in international locations in: Operations, Research, Finance and Claims, contributing to our efforts to drive innovation in the energy sector. You will also have the opportunity to participate in a comprehensive training program, designed to help you build a strong foundation in the energy sector. Thus, your everyday life will be full of challenges and learning, alongside with:

• Assisting in the development and implementation of energy solutions projects, including researching and analyzing data, conducting feasibility studies, and evaluating potential solutions.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals and objectives are achieved.

• Monitoring and reporting on project progress, including identifying areas of improvement and recommending corrective actions.

• Participating in the design and execution of training programs, workshops, and other learning opportunities for employees.

• Conducting market research to identify industry trends and opportunities for growth.

• Assisting in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), Social Sciences of the prestigious universities in Poland,

• Exceptional achievements and excellent attitude toward your future in the business,

• Fluency in English is a must due to your international trips and environment consisting of 65 nationalities,

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct research and analysis independently,

• Readiness to complete internships in foreign offices (USA, CH, UK, SGP, etc.),

• Energetic, resilient and resourceful, with an ability to work accurately under pressure,

• Team player, with an open non-political style and a high level of personal integrity,

• Incisive and accurate judgment,
