• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements, develop, and implement enterprise monitoring solutions using ScienceLogic, AppD, and open-source monitoring products,

• Develop and maintain automation scripts for monitoring deployment and maintenance tasks,

• Provide guidance and technical direction to other engineers,

• Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues, and complete root-cause analysis,

• Ensure compliance with SOX and PCI standards,

• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for improvements.

• A minimum of 4 years' experience with ScienceLogic, AppD, and open-source monitoring products (Grafana/Prometheus/Zabbix),

• Fluency in English,

• Demonstrated history of proposing technical direction,

• Ability to provide guidance to other engineers,

• Strong written and verbal communication skills,

• Ability to work well with customers,

• Ability to provide leadership within a specific technology,

• Ability to complete root-cause analysis on complex issues,

• High-end troubleshooting of complex issues,

• Experience maintaining monitoring and other technologies, including but not limited to: ScienceLogic, AppD, Unix/Linux, Windows operating systems, Micro-Focus suite of products, or any open-source monitoring products,

• Strong knowledge of SOX and PCI compliance,

• Experience with scripting/coding in Bash, Python, Ruby, and/or Perl,

• Experience with development tools such as Git, Jenkins, etc,

• Automation of monitoring deployment and maintenance tasks.
