We have a new opportunity for the position of Data Scientist to join one of the global leaders in clinical diagnostics & life sciences. We're looking for a team player with a strong technical mindset and a can-do attitude.
We offer a chance to work on globally unique projects, contribute to the development of revolutionary systems for medical diagnostics, and take on exciting challenges as part of an interdisciplinary R&D team based in Warsaw, Poland.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure product designs meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and functionality. You will play an essential role in both new product development and sustaining engineering projects, ensuring safety, innovation, and compliance.
If you have experience with complex embedded systems and want to shape the future of clinical diagnostics — we’d love to hear from you!
Analyze data from PCR data and other sources, including experimental data from test benches.
Perform visual analysis using tools such as Seaborn and Matplotlib.
Create scatter plots, box plots, and other visualizations to identify trends and optimal conditions.
Work with various file formats and parse data using Python.
Develop and maintain data pipelines to consolidate and analyze data from multiple instruments.
Collaborate with the technical team to understand experimental plans and metadata.
Perform basic statistical analysis and multivariable statistics as needed.
Summarize experimental results and provide insights to the team.
Experience with Python and data visualization libraries (Seaborn, Matplotlib).
Good command of English (spoken and written),
Strong understanding of basic statistics and multivariable statistics.
Familiarity with various file formats (JSON, CSV, image files, text output).
Ability to connect with technical teams and understand experimental data.
Experience in developing data pipelines and consolidating data from multiple sources.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
