• Interpreting project drawings to determine part-specific requirements,

• Collaborating with engineering team for CNC program alignment with project needs,

• Setup CNC machines for production configuration,

• Ensuring precision and quality standards are maintained,

• Conducting test runs to verify CNC outputs meet specifications,

• Providing technical expertise in CNC machines, tooling, and fixture development,

• Troubleshooting and maintaince CNC machinery.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field,

• At least 3 years of experience in CNC program design and analysis for milling and turning,

• Experience in 5 Axis & Turning Programming, Hyper mill CAM tool and medical component is a must,

• Fluency in English,

• Proficiency in CNC programming,

• Strong knowledge of metal machining processes and engineering materials,

• Effective interpersonal skills for team collaboration,

• Problem-solving skills for technical issues,

• Familiarity with statistical tools and validation techniques.
