• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field,

• At least 2 years of experience managing, ideating, and executing Value Engineering and Component Engineering projects,

• Proven experience in an industrial environment within a large global organization,

• Exceptional skills in Change Management, Process Improvement, Data Analysis, and Analytics,

• Proficiency in English,

• Certification in DFSS Green Belt,

• Proficiency in creating specific action plans to drive project success,

• Strong understanding of relevant technologies and their application in project contexts,

• Previous experience in engineering roles, demonstrating practical knowledge and skills,

• Familiarity with assembly fabrication processes and techniques,

• Proven expertise in Earned Value Management methodologies and practices.
