Developing and executing strategies to drive business in new and existing markets,
Partnering with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent,
Mentoring employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives,
Good understanding of the product; reflect Company’s values and objectives,
Building and maintaining relationships with clients,
Supporting the Organisation in increasing the sales potential.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business,
3+ years' of sales experience,
Proven successes in selling services in B2B sector,
Highly developed sales skills and building long-term relationships with customers,
Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
Experience in cross-selling strategies and building relationships among medium and large enterprises,
Commitment, creativity, independence and entrepreneurship.
Stable employment based on a contract of employment or B2B (optional) with a basic salary and an attractive bonus system depending on the results of individual and whole sales team,
