You will be in charge of managing sales by developing business strategies, planning and meeting goals, and coordinating team in order to provide high performance of sales. Sales Manager

• Developing and executing strategies to drive business in new and existing markets,

• Partnering with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent,

• Mentoring employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives,

• Good understanding of the product; reflect Company’s values and objectives,

• Building and maintaining relationships with clients,

• Supporting the Organisation in increasing the sales potential.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business,

• 3+ years' of sales experience,

• Proven successes in selling services in B2B sector,

• Highly developed sales skills and building long-term relationships with customers,

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills,

• Experience in cross-selling strategies and building relationships among medium and large enterprises,

• Commitment, creativity, independence and entrepreneurship.

• Stable employment based on a contract of employment or B2B (optional) with a basic salary and an attractive bonus system depending on the results of individual and whole sales team,
