Medical Imaging Field Consultant

• Providing technical support to clients regarding the use of the PACS system, including issue resolution, technical advice, and conducting training sessions,

• Installing, configurating, and deploying of PACS systems in medical facilities,

• Analysing the performance of PACS systems and implementing optimizations to ensure efficient operation,

• Collaborating with project teams and clients to understand their needs and ensure tailored PACS solutions,

• Conducting training sessions for medical staff on how to operate PACS systems effectively and providing feedback on optimal utilization,

• Managing the process of updating PACS systems and maintaining them in the latest technological state,

• Maintaining regular communication with clients to understand their requirements, identify potential issues, and provide solutions,

• Physically visit hospitals in Europe by coordinating with hospital administration, IT, and PACS system owners for proactive planning and support.

• Demonstrate proficiency in PACS systems, with preferred experience in Carestream, or other PACS solutions like Powershare, Sectra, Fuji Synapse, Fluency, etc,

• Hold a Certified PACS Interface Analyst (CPIA) certification, showcasing your commitment to excellence in the field,

• Possess a structured and independent working approach, along with good written and spoken communication skills in English and any other European language (French, German, Spanish, Polish, Swedish),

• Demonstrate working knowledge of VPN (Virtual Private Network) and NAT (Network Address Translation) technologies,

• Possess or be working towards certifications such as PACS Certified Associate/Certified Imaging Informatics Professional (CIIP), enhancing your credentials in the field,

• Understand diagnostic images and workflows with Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and Radiological Information Systems (RIS).
