As a Key Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of promoting and selling top-tier sprinkler and fire suppression systems to large-scale project managers, securing contracts for various settings such as residential, commercial, and industrial environments.
Working closely with key decision-makers, and leveraging your expertise in sales and customer relations, you will identify new business opportunities, develop tailored solutions, and build lasting relationships. Your role will be pivotal in delivering the highest standards of service and safety, ensuring every project is a success.

You will be responsible for:
Developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients throughout DACH+PL region,
Creating and monitoring detailed sales proposals,
Initiating contact with potential clients and secure new business opportunities,
Ensuring consistent sales growth by retaining existing customers and acquiring new ones,
Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies,
Meeting and exceeding defined sales targets through strategic planning and execution,
Offering expert technical advice and recommend products tailored to client specifications,
Collaborating closely with the UK-based customer service team and other departments including Purchasing, Production, Engineering, Quality, Accounting, and Warehouse operations,
Supervising order logistics and providing after-sales support to clients,
Regularly updating the company’s client database and maintaining comprehensive market contact records,
Generating detailed sales reports and summarizing activities to track performance and outcomes.
We require:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the installation industry, with a preference for safety systems,
Proficiency in English for daily salesperson duties, trainings and internal communication purposes,
Fluency in German is essential, with additional language skills will be an asset,
Sales experience with a goal-oriented approach is highly desirable,
Ability to work effectively in a team,
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills,
Commitment and reliability,
Proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Word and Excel,
Willingness to travel for business purposes,
Possession of a category B driving license.
