HR Manager

• Develop, implement, and administer our HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations,

• Guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the company,

• Handle full-cycle recruitment; create job descriptions, screen candidates, conduct interviews and oversee onboarding process,

• Manage and optimize the internal inquiry response process to ensure prompt, efficient service to all staff inquiries on HR-related issues,

• Coordinate with external suppliers and service providers, ensuring all HR needs of the company are met in a timely and cost-effective manner,

• Oversee HR administrative functions including record-keeping, staff documentation, and HR-related legal compliance,

• Lead, motivate, and develop the HR team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and improvement.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and Polish,

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's Degree preferred,

• Proven experience in a similar role, experience in building company structures from the ground up will be a significant advantage,

• Solid understanding of labour law and HR best practices,

• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills,

• Proven ability to develop and manage relationships at all levels within the company,

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively,

• High level of integrity and professionalism,

• Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving and team management.
