Are you a skilled and innovative Embedded Software Engineer looking to make an impact in the rapidly growing field of Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) and smart metering? Our company is expanding its R&D capabilities with the establishment of a new R&D center in Poland, and we are seeking talented engineers to join our dynamic team.

Embedded Software Engineer

• Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry standards, and trends in smart metering and AMI fields to drive continuous improvement and innovation;

• Collaborative Development: Work closely with colleagues from other R&D centres within the group to develop and maintain firmware platforms for smart meters;

• Firmware Development: Design, develop, and validate firmware solutions for smart meters, aligning with market requirements while ensuring reliability, security, and regulatory compliance;

• Technical Support: Provide technical support to resolve issues during product manufacturing and deployment phases, ensuring smooth implementation;

• Documentation: Document firmware architecture, design specifications, and coding standards for internal knowledge sharing and future reference.

• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree, with specializations in electrical engineering, electronics, communication technologies, or computer science;

• Language Skills: Fluency in English is required, Polish is a plus;

• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++ and familiarity with embedded system development tools and environments;

• Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in embedded software development. Previous experience in smart metering or AMI technologies and implementation is preferred;

• Innovation and Motivation: An innovative and motivated mindset with the ability to excel under pressure;

• UE citizenship is mandatory due to project requirements;

• Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally, as needed

• Your salary will be highly correlated with your skills and mindset: from 24.000 up to 28.000 gross PLN,
