As a System Feature Owner, you will play a key role in the technical development of vehicle communication (CAN and Flexray) and diagnostics systems. System Feature Owner

• Leading the technical development of the system feature in collaboration with cross-functional development teams, component leads, and customers,

• Negotiating technical requirements and subcontracting deliverables for the system feature,

• Utilizing your expert knowledge to drive and disseminating system-level requirements and propose architectural solutions,

• Ensuring that designs meet requirements and maintaining quality and coverage through effective testing,

• Collaborating with engineering competencies, suppliers, and partners to ensure adherence to internal quality processes throughout the development, execution, and verification phases,

• Managing the execution of all systems engineering activities and deliverables in line with the systems engineering process,

• Acting as the single point of reference for change requests and issue investigations related to the system feature,

• Working closely with the systems modelling team to promote a simulation-based approach whenever possible,

• Supporting the definition and continuous improvement of systems engineering processes, methods, and tools,

• Documenting and sharing best practices within the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering,

• 5+ years’ experience in related engineering field applying Systems Engineering principles throughout the product life cycle in one or more of the following areas:

  • Automotive electronics product development

  • Power electronics, specifically motor drive inverters

  • Systems Engineering

• In depth knowledge of requirements elicitation, analysis, definition and management,

• Experience in creating system level requirements and developing system architectural design,

• Knowledge of vehicle communications and diagnostics systems is essential (CAN FD, Flexray, UDS diagnostic services),

• Experience in Fault detections (current, voltage, temperature etc.) and diagnostics in Inverter,

• Experience in HW electronics for fault detection and management,

• Basic knowledge of Classic AUTOSAR architecture eg. ComStack, Diagnostic Stack,

• Knowledge of embedded control software and software development processes,

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language,

• Requirements engineering in Polarion, Doors etc.,

• System modeling in SysML or other modelling language.
