We are currently seeking a seasoned Service Delivery Manager to join our team. This opportunity offers a hybrid work environment, requiring presence in our Warsaw office 2-3 times per week. The offered salary ranges from 25-28,000 PLN per month. We are in search of candidates with 8-10 years of experience, who have managed medium to large-sized programs as a senior project manager or program manager. Service Delivery Manager

 

 

 

 

You will be responsible for:

 

  • Manage client IT transformation by presenting alternative new solutions that can be leveraged from our capabilities and offerings,

  • Oversee a group of senior project managers in a cross-tower deal, while leading the overall program,

  • Understand the business requirements of an organization and aligning delivery to meet these standards,

  • Focus on key priorities such as capacity/demand management, scope management, key initiatives status, and more,

  • Act as the overall head of delivery for large-sized programs,

  • Provide deep insights into account-level policies, procedures, and protocols,

  • Navigate ambiguous situations, including complex customer interactions and the ability to drive through tough situations,

  • Manage large programs and projects (50 FTE),

  • Work across programs with complex process interfaces, globally distributed sites functions/sites, and overall high risk.

 

We require:

 

  • Prior experience as a senior project manager or program manager for medium to large-sized programs,

  • Familiarity with basic information security awareness protocols, software security in the SDLC lifecycle, and the OWASP top 10 concept,

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to interact effectively with diverse teams,

  • Proven ability to manage large programs and projects.
