Our team is currently seeking a Service Delivery Lead with a deep understanding of large-scale software system design, deployment, and delivery methods. This role will be hybrid, with 2-3 office days per week from our Warsaw office. The offered salary is approximately 35,000 gross PLN per month. Gain and maintain a solid understanding of how large-scale software systems are designed, built, tested, and delivered to customers,
Maintain a strong understanding of delivery and go-to-market methods and metrics,
Understand the roles of product managers, product designers, engineers, quality assurance, DevOps, and product marketers,
Proactively identify impediments early on, actively work to resolve these impediments, and escalate when necessary,
Manage and track cross team/squad dependencies,
Manage and track all high-integrity commitments,
Provide proactive visibility and effectively communicate delivery targets, commitments, and progress,
Encourage a culture of team-driven decision-making and commitment. Foster team trust and facilitate team-building events.
12-15 years of experience in a similar role,
Fluent English and Polish,
A solid understanding of how large-scale software systems are designed, built, tested, and delivered to customers,
Strong understanding of delivery and go-to-market methods and metrics,
Proven track record of identifying and resolving issues early on, managing cross-team dependencies, and managing high-integrity commitments,
Proactive communication skills and experience in providing visibility into delivery targets, commitments, and progress,
Proven experience fostering team trust and facilitating team-building events.
