• Develop, drive, and execute sourcing cost reduction projects in a cross-functional environment, collaborating with Engineering, Quality, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Operations to ensure project execution and implementation meets deadlines,

• Lead initiatives such as supplier transfer to high growth regions, supply base optimization, supply risk mitigation, and value engineering changes,

• Build a robust pipeline of projects through new idea development and close cooperation with the procurement organization,

• Develop solid business cases and oversee project execution, tracking productivity until project completion,

• Conduct risk management to identify and minimize issues during project execution,

• Establish relationships with stakeholders across the Global Business Environment, escalating project barriers and delays as needed,

• Facilitate productivity workshops to increase the pipeline of projects and address any gaps.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing/Supply Chain areas/commodity sourcing,

• Experience working in a global team environment,

• Project Management and/or Contract Management experience,

• Strong decision-making skills, utilizing analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment to make sound decisions,

• Global sourcing experience,

• Knowledge of purchasing systems,

• Fluent in English, proficiency in any other language is a plus,

• Experience in planning, negotiations, and agreements/contract management,

• Good technical knowledge of Procurement/sourcing,

• Proficiency in SAP.
