Currently, we are looking for an experienced Candidate who is able to build strong and collaborative relationship with senior stakeholders withing the Engineering organization on the position of:

 

 

 

 

Scrum Master (Network Engineering)

 

 

 

 

 

You will be responsible for:

 

  • Facilitate adoption of Agile working practices within the Network Engineering teams and help define and embed best practice for the teams as they undergo a transformation in their ways of working.

  • Work with the Network Engineering teams to translate demand into an agreed and prioritised backlog; anticipated that you will work with the teams to facilitate creation of Engineering specific scope, create tasks to deliver this scope with each task having associated acceptance criteria, dependencies and estimates.

  • Ensure Network Engineering teams are able to deliver successfully by understanding and clearing impediments and distractions.

  • Ensuring appropriate involvement and communication between required members of the Network Engineering teams.

  • Build collaborative and close relationships with Network Engineering teams who deliver changes on the mobile network component.

  • Manage demand from all projects and programmes impacting the specific mobile network component.

  • Plan and run Scrums including daily scrum calls, weekly review, retrospective and managing scope creep

  • Manage the budget for Network Engineering deliveries impacting your network component and provide visibility of cost plans to projects and programmes.

  • Exercise all the attributes expected of a Project Manager, including scope management, plan management, change control, risk and issue management.

 

We require:

 

  • We want you to have lots of experience of delivering within an Agile framework and would love you to be an evangelist for Agile working in order to help embed this delivery methodology within the team and to help empower and motivate the team to meet their objectives;

  • Experience on delivering network projects would be advantageous;

  • Solid understanding of tools, especially Jira for various Agile rituals and planning;

  • Importantly, you will have a pragmatic results- and delivery-oriented mindset, with a track record of having facilitated project delivery;

  • Wed love you to be a good communicator and listener, who is able to translate messages and simplify and summarise problems in a straightforward and succinct manner;

  • You will have vision, drive, diplomacy and the ability to make things happen in an environment with multiple stakeholders and being able to influence others without direct authority;

  • We need you to be a good facilitator who is able to resolve tension and increase collaboration towards shared goals in any situation, and who is able to build effective relationships with a range of individuals across the organisation;

  • We want you to be open and transparent in everything that you do. You will always be supported by the delivery or programme managers within the team so knowing when to ask for help is a key attribute we look for in our team;

  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint,

  • Preferable very good command of English (a must)and Polish (not a must).
