We are seeking a bilingual professional proficient in both English and Polish, with over 10 years of extensive experience in SAP EWM module, particularly in support and implementation capacities. SAP EWM Consultant

 

 

 

 

 

You will be responsible for:

 

  • Second-Line Support: Address user queries and troubleshoot SAP EWM functionalities,

  • Ticket Management: Prioritize and escalate support tickets, ensuring timely resolution,

  • User Assistance: Assist users in navigating SAP applications and provide guidance,

  • Documentation: Document support activities, resolutions, and procedures for future reference,

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Resolve integration issues between SAP EWM and other modules/systems,

  • Knowledge Management: Contribute to the development of support documentation and training materials,

  • Testing and Validation: Participate in testing SAP EWM system changes, updates, and configurations,

  • Training Participation: Attend sessions to enhance personal knowledge and support capabilities.

 

We require:

 

  • Fluency in both English and Polish, mandatory for effective communication with clients,

  • The most important skills: SAP ECC and SAP S/4,

  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with users and team members,

  • 10+ years’ experience working with SAP EWM module in a support and implementation capacity,

  • Experience in implementing and supporting RF (Radio Frequency) solutions within SAP EWM,

  • Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and supply chain operations,

  • Proficient in SAP EWM configurations, customizations, and integration with other SAP modules,

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,

  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders,

  • Certification in SAP EWM is a plus.
