For our Partner – Swiss medical appliances manufacturer – we are looking for an ambitious, result-oriented Sales Manager to take full ownership of the Middle East and Africa region. This is not just a sales job; it’s a mission to build a distribution empire for high-quality medical solutions from scratch. If you have 3+ years of experience in the region and a "hunter" mindset, we want you on board.

 

 

 

 

Sales Manager - MENA

 

 

 

 

Your responsibilities:

 

  • Scale: Drive revenue to a minimum six-figures revenue within the first 12 months.

  • Market Expansion: Conduct deep research of 3-4 key markets and sign at least 2 major distribution contracts in the first 6 months.

  • Elite Representation: Represent a Company at major international fairs and networking events.

  • Travel: Be the face of the company on the ground, traveling 1-2 weeks per month across the Arabic region and Africa (Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, Morocco).

 

We require:

 

  • Experience: Min. 3 years in sales management within the Medical, Pharma, or MedTech industry.

  • Network: Verifiable contacts among distributors and pharmacy chains in the MENA/Africa region.

  • Drive: An energetic, progressive approach to business.

  • Open to Travel: A readiness for high-frequency travel (including necessary vaccinations).

  • Language: fluent communication in English is a must.

Recruitment Stages:

Initial Screening: Participate in a discovery call with an H4H Consultant to finalize your profile details.

Management Interview: Join a video call with our Partner’s VP of Sales & Marketing to evaluate your core competencies.

Strategic Assignment: Develop a comprehensive market development strategy for a designated region and present it to the Board.

Final Executive Interview: A 60-minute online session with Board members and the VP of Sales & Marketing.

Negotiation & Offer: Review the proposed terms of cooperation and enter final negotiations.
