For our partner, a German company that is part of an international capital group that has been providing comprehensive technical services for real estate for several years, we are now looking for a manager who knows the facility & property management service market perfectly and is responsible for developing customer relationships in the position of:





Sales Manager

Place of work: any region in Germany






You will be responsible for:



  • Development of the sales strategy for technical plant maintenance,

  • Representing the company on the property management market and building a positive corporate image on the German market,

  • Cooperation with customers by building and maintaining partnership relationships and conditions,

  • Recognizing the needs and creating commercial offers, negotiating with the company's customers,

  • Active cooperation with the board in the field of service development, preparation of analyses, market and competition monitoring in the FM industry,

  • Optimization of the work organization of the team, constant cooperation with the operational department.



We require:


  • At least 5 years of experience selling real estate services,

  • Fluent knowledge of the German language,

  • Knowledge of English is a great advantage

  • Knowledge of facility & property management,

  • Knowledge of the real estate industry (class A office buildings, property management companies, shopping centres and retail operators),

  • Experience in negotiating,

  • Independence and responsibility in work organization,

  • Focus on achieving goals and achieving above-average sales results,

  • Ability to build relationships and high communication skills,

  • Availability for travel in Germany.
