Our company is experiencing rapid growth in the AMI and smart metering sector, and as part of our expansion, we are establishing an R&D centre in Poland. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced R&D Centre Director to lead this exciting venture. R&D Centre Director

• Establishment of R&D Centre: Take charge of setting up the R&D centre, including hiring R&D engineers, configuring the test lab, and overseeing daily operations;

• Staff Training: Develop and enhance the engineering competencies of the center's staff, with support from technical experts within the group;

• Stay Informed: Keep abreast of emerging technologies, industry standards, and trends in smart metering and AMI fields to foster continuous improvement and innovation;

• Strategic Planning: Participate in the strategic planning of R&D investments and platform development for the entire group;

• Business Growth: Collaborate closely with other R&D teams within the group to support the growth of our company in the AMI and smart metering business.

• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree, specializing in electrical engineering, electronics, communication technologies, or computer science;

• Language Skills: Proficiency in English is essential, Polish in nice to have;

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 15 years of professional experience, demonstrating expertise in AMI technologies and implementation, including metering, embedded communication, and system software development;

• Team Management: At least 5 years of team management experience, preferably in a multinational company;

• Innovation and Motivation: An innovative and motivated leader who thrives under pressure;

• Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

• Your salary will be highly correlated with your skills and mindset: from 35.000 gross PLN,
