If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are looking for a dedicated Test and QA Lead to manage newly built team and take on a pivotal role in owning end-to-end project responsibilities. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the success of our projects by overseeing project deliverables, reviewing testing frameworks, and coordinating test activities between offshore and onsite teams. End-to-End Ownership: Taking full accountability for all project deliverables and ensuring the successful delivery of services outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW),
Review and Analysis: Carefully reviewing the deliverable framework design, test scenarios, test cases, traceability, and automation scripts to ensure their accuracy and effectiveness,
Requirement Analysis: Performing in-depth analysis of project requirements and coordinating all test activities between the offshore and onsite teams. Conducting technical reviews to ensure quality,
Ownership and KPIs: Taking ownership of project delivery and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure project success,
Testing Integrity: Ensuring the integrity of testing and acceptance activities throughout the project lifecycle,
SOW Review: Conducting thorough reviews of Statements of Work (SOWs), estimating efforts for the testing scope, and meeting resource demands for the programs,
Code Quality and Automation: Leading efforts related to code quality, test automation, performance testing, system testing, and the utilization of testing tools,
Project Management: Staying on top of the project schedule, planning, understanding dependencies, and prioritizing tasks effectively,
Quality Engineering: Co-owning the responsibility to implement Quality Engineering aspects, ensuring high-quality deliverables,
Test Automation: Collaborating to design, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks for both UI and backend REST services.
Languages: fluency both in German and English,
Experience: a minimum of 6 years of experience in testing and quality engineering,
Automotive: exposure to the Automotive domain is advantageous,
Leadership: proven leadership capabilities, people management experience, and the ability to drive issues to closure; proficiency in handling teams of T-Shaped resources (Functional, Automation, NFR),
Mandatory: knowledge of AWS, Azure app, and data migration,
Framework: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, Cucumber, and Rest Assured tools
Test Automation: proficiency in Java and JavaScript within the context of both backend and frontend test automation,
Tool Proficiency: familiarity with version control systems like Git, GitLab, or Bitbucket,
Delivery: strong knowledge and experience of the Software Test lifecycle, Defect management, Configuration management, and release management processes,
CI/CD: hands-on experience with Team City and Jenkins.
