IT Healthcare Manager Europe

• Coordinating with Hospital teams for the deployment/upgrade of PACS systems,

• Formulating project plans aligned with Hospital management goals, specifying resources, costs, risk assessment, and quality standards,

• Controlling project budget and progress, evaluating initiatives for feasibility, costs/benefits, and added value,

• Coordinating system implementation, integration, and go-live activities without disruption to existing systems,

• Utilizing computer-based project management tools to direct and manage HCIS projects.

• Minimum 4-years’ experience in a similar role,

• Fluency in English and Polish,

• Proven experience in a hospital environment in Europe,

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in deploying RIS/PACS/VNA/Cloud solutions in healthcare settings,

• Relevant educational background or certifications in Project Management,

• Leadership skills to lead projects within specified budgets and strategies,

• Willing to travel extensively (Germany, Switzerland , Nordics, France, Poland),

• Working knowledge to work with Hospital administration.
