Our company is experiencing rapid growth in the Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) and smart metering sector. As part of our expansion, we are establishing a new R&D center in Poland. We are actively seeking highly skilled Headend System Software Engineers to join our dynamic team.

Headend System Software Engineer

• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry standards, and trends in smart metering, Internet of Things (IoT), and other AMI fields to drive continuous improvement and innovation;

• Collaborative Development: Work closely with colleagues from other R&D centers within the group to develop and maintain headend system software platforms that facilitate reliable data exchange among smart meters, data concentrators, and backend data management systems;

• Software Design and Customization: Design, customize, and deploy headend system software solutions tailored to meet market-specific requirements;

• Technical Support and Maintenance: Provide technical support and maintenance for the headend system software, ensuring smooth operation in the field;

• Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation of software architecture, design specifications, and coding standards to facilitate internal knowledge sharing and future reference.

• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree from a renowned university, with specialization in computer science,

• Language Skills: Proficiency in English is mandatory, Polish is a plus,

• Technical Proficiency:•    Strong proficiency in web programming,•    Familiarity with Angular and Vue frontend architecture,•    Experience with Linux operating systems,•    Knowledge of Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL databases,

• Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development. Prior knowledge of smart metering, IoT, or other AMI technologies and implementation is advantageous,

• Innovation and Motivation: An innovative and motivated mindset with the ability to excel under pressure,

• UE citizenship is mandatory due to project requirements,

• Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally, as required.

• Your salary will be highly correlated with your skills and mindset: from 24.000 up to 28.000 gross PLN,
