We are looking for an proactive Legal Manager who will manage th legal department in Poland. Our dream Candidate is a person who operates with significant independence and minimal supervision as the principal representative and will meet regularly with the board. The Head of Legal must work cooperatively with business unit representatives and all Group departments. Head of Legal is responsible for all legal matters in Poland and management of the lawyers team on the position:

Head of Legal

• Providing expert legal advisory on following areas of law: Energy, Corporate, M&A, Finance and Construction/Infrastructure,

• Providing counselling and advising management on legal issues, compliance and legal risk management,

• Taking responsibility on a group level in legal area of the Solar PV Projects in Poland, and other markets that we are willing to develop,

• Conducting legal analysis, research and reviews on a variety of legal issues, national and international laws, and risk evaluation,

• Monitoring and appraising legal performance and maintain a strong internal control environment,

• Development of legal organizational strategies by contributing business orientated and entrepreneurial solutions,

• Serving as a member of executive leadership team. Participate in assessment, deliberation and decisions pertaining to strategic initiatives, operating model and operational execution.

• Proven experience of in-house legal advisor and external corporate lawyer (is a great advantage),

• Ability to demonstrate thorough expertise in the area of: Energy, Corporate, M&A, Financial, Construction Law,

• Analytical mindset with an ability to pro-actively anticipate areas of risk and initiate efforts to address them,

• Ability of acting as a project team leader on multi-disciplinary projects,

• Ability to partner with other departments to achieve company goals that cross multiple functions,

• Ability to navigate the political challenges that arise as multiple departments and different individuals with different skills and interests become engaged on a matter,

• Proven experience in representing the Legal function on country-wide or region-wide strategic initiatives and highly complex cross-geography business transactions,

• Ability to lead or serve as a strategic member of key legally- oriented projects with high visibility to senior management across the Group,

• Fluent in English and Polish.
