As a Development Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful development and delivery of high-quality products through the optimization of our software development processes. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, to identify areas for improvement, streamline workflows, and implement best practices. Development Process Engineer

• Process Optimization: You will be responsible for optimizing the development processes for automotive products, including hardware and software, to ensure they meet regulatory and quality requirements. This includes identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement, defining and implementing process improvements, and monitoring the effectiveness of those improvements.

• Quality Management: You will be responsible for managing the quality of the development process for automotive products. This includes defining and implementing quality standards, monitoring compliance, and identifying and resolving quality issues.

• Regulatory Compliance: You will ensure that the development processes for automotive products meet regulatory requirements. This includes understanding and adhering to regulatory standards, such as ISO, ASIL, and SPICE, and ensuring that the development process complies with those standards.

• Risk Management: You will be responsible for identifying and managing risks associated with the development process for automotive products. This includes conducting risk assessments, defining risk management plans, and implementing risk mitigation strategies.

• Performance Metrics: You will define and track performance metrics for the development process to ensure that it is effective and efficient. This includes measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as defect rates, cycle time, and time-to-market.

• Collaboration: You will work collaboratively with cross-functional international teams, including hardware and software engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders, to ensure that the development process for automotive products is aligned with project goals and objectives.

• Overall, as a Development Process Engineer in the automotive industry, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the development process for automotive products meets quality and regulatory requirements, optimizes efficiency and effectiveness, manages risks, tracks performance metrics, and collaborates with cross-functional teams..

• Completed degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, Physics and Robotics, or a comparable course,

• Experience in ASPICE 3.1, and knowledge on ISO 26262:2018 and ISO21434:2020 or any other standards relevant to automotive,

• Any relevant experience in automotive,

• Good conversation skills, including moderation and presentation techniques,

• Assertiveness, customer orientation, technical understanding and team spirit,

• English Proficiency which enables one to communicate with an international team on daily basis.
