Our Partner – fast-growing international company – based in Krakow is currently longing for an experienced, proactive, and extraordinary administrative partner to our General Manager. You will manage his complex schedule and support him to leverage his time effectively. This essential position for every top manager requires extraordinary organizational skills, a fluent command of English since your boss would be a foreigner and you will be exposed to multicultural surrounding. Even if all seem quite a lot the given role is for passionate person who would like to develop his current career on the position of:
Organizational and administrative support for a person holding a managerial position in the Company;
Organizing business trips (domestic and foreign) and visits of guests and business partners;
Planning, organizing and executing major projects;
Preparing of presentations and reports;
Planning client and internal meetings, conference calls, conferences, and events;
Collaborating with clients, client administrative contacts, and with department members in creating smooth workflow including soliciting assistance from others as needed and helping others as appropriate and maintaining follow-through;
Ensuring appropriate, timely actions, and that deadlines are met;
Managing the calendar of the President of the company (arranging meetings, contacting partners);
Taking care of the circulation of documents.
3+ years of related experience in a dynamic personal assistant role supporting foreign supervisors and international clients;
Master Word and Excel skills; Mid-level PowerPoint skills;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Polish and English;
Communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills;
Reliability and discretion: you will often learn of confidential matters;
Excellent time management skills and must be self-motivated.
