Android Integration Engineer

• Lead the integration of new vendor/SOC SDK releases into our existing platform, ensuring the latest features and improvements are seamlessly incorporated,

• Take charge of upgrading the AOSP version, staying at the forefront of Android technology and leveraging the latest enhancements,

• Establish and configure repositories for new projects/programs, facilitating efficient version control and collaborative development,

• Setup and configure AOSP builds to meet project requirements, ensuring optimal performance and reliability,

• Collaborate closely with the DevOps team to establish and maintain Continuous Integration (CI) pipelines, streamlining the development process,

• Take ownership of the release management process, ensuring timely and successful releases of Android platform enhancements.

• Fluency in English,

• In-depth knowledge of AOSP Build systems Soong & Kati, demonstrating proficiency in Android build processes,

• Basics of make/cmake, showcasing a strong foundation in build toolchains,

• Thorough understanding of Android platform basics and high-level architecture, contributing to effective system integration,

• Proficiency in Java, CPP, BASH scripting, and Python scripting, enabling versatile contributions to the development process,

• Familiarity with gerrit, gitlab/github, and git workflows (e.g., git-flow, gerritflows), ensuring efficient collaboration and version control,

• Hands-on experience in integrating and upgrading 'system services,' 'system apps,' 'native/init services,’ HAL, and Drivers,

• Experience working with the DevOps team to set up and maintain CI pipelines, ensuring a streamlined and automated development process.

• Your salary will be highly correlated with your skills and mindset: from 21.000 up to 25.000+ gross PLN,
