We are looking for an proactive General Manager with strong business development background in energy field to lead the Company’s business affairs in Poland. The person will be responsible for managing all ongoing processes in close cooperation with the team, other offices, the board and field teams, as well as establishing complex goals and strategies for further development. If you’re committed to processes effectiveness and people management, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you’ll ensure the operations in sales strategy, business growth and technology solutions on the position:
Participation throughout ongoing business processes in Poland,
Development of the long and short-term sales strategies for the best business outcome including B2B and B2C channels,
Creating procedures and establishing goals for different teams to achieve performance improvement,
Active participation in creation of new business lines,
Management over Finance and Sales departments, creating policies and execution of strategies,
Conducting pro-development activities such as process mapping and project management in accordance with proper analysis of the company’s potential, inventory and competences,
Direct cooperation with the board and other offices in Poland and abroad.
Proven work experience in energy/solar company within related roles (Operations, Business Development or Sales, Executive Management)
Good knowledge of strategic and economic aspects connected to a leadership position,
Keen interest in developing within a leadership role,
Strong communication skills in English,
Passion for managing diverse and inclusive teams,
Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various projects simultaneously,
Being Microsoft Office Package friendly, and especially Excel friendly,
Combined experience in corporate and dynamic companies built from the scratch (is a great advantage),
Proven experience in fast growing business focused companies with the lean\flat structure,
Challenge-driven and result-oriented personality, problem-solver skills, flexible and proactive approach,
